This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between HookSounds ("Company"), and the individual or entity applying to participate in the HookSounds Affiliate Program ("Affiliate"). By enrolling in the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
2.1. HookSounds grants the Affiliate special access to its entire library of royalty-free music, sound effects, and intros for the sole purpose of using it in content published on the Affiliate’s agreed-upon platform(s).
2.2. This access is contingent upon the Affiliate’s compliance with the promotional requirements outlined in Section 3.
2.3. The Affiliate is strictly prohibited from using HookSounds’ music on any platform other than those explicitly agreed upon in writing. Any unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of access.
3.1. In exchange for the use of HookSounds’ music, the Affiliate must promote HookSounds on the platform(s) where the music is used. This must include a clear and visible credit in the video description, in accordance with the terms agreed upon separately outside this contract.
3.2. Affiliates will be provided with a unique promotional code to share with their audience. This code allows users to receive a discount on HookSounds subscriptions.
3.3. Failure to include the required promotional credit and discount code in the video description may result in the revocation of access to the Affiliate Program.
3.4. Affiliates are expected to maintain consistent promotional efforts, such as keeping the HookSounds link and/or promotional code visible in their content and regularly mentioning the brand. If no visible promotion, traffic, or engagement is detected over a continuous six-month period, HookSounds reserves the right to pause or revoke the Affiliate’s access to the program and associated benefits.
4.1. Affiliates are eligible to earn commissions on sales made through their referral link or promotional code. The standard commission rate is 10% per sale.
